Start the morning off with a tour of the Heritage Square Museum. Tour the historic buildings including a log cabin, school house and town jail. For an unusual shopping experience we will proceed to the L.W. Emporium of antiques and crafts. After a fabulous lunch awaits us along the shoreline of Sodus Bay. After lunch we transfer to the Lighthouse Museum and learn about the life of a lighthouse keeper. Climb to the top of the lighthouses and receive a certificate!
The Lighthouses of the Seaway Trail
Spend a day exploring the Lighthouse of the Seaway Trail. The trail hosts 27 lighthouses, which illuminate the harbors of the legendary waterway of Lake Ontario. Your tour today will take you to Sodus Bay Lighthouse and Museum (2 Lighthouses). Built in the early 1800's the Lighthouse illuminated the Harbor for many British fleets in 1814. Learn how the light keeper raised his 10 children amidst the lighthouse and sea. Climb to the top and take breathtaking pictures of the Bay, the Lake and Harbor. Lunch today gives you a spectacular view of the Harbor. After lunch we visit "Heluva Good Cheese" and the L.W. Emporium Antiques and Craft Co-Op. Golden Hill State Park and the Thirty-Mile Point Lighthouse await your arrival. The 1875 Lighthouse was built with hand carved stones. A climb to the top gives you endless vistas of the Lake and on a clear day you may see the mouth of the Niagara River 30 miles away.

Wed, 04/15/2009 - 03:33What do you get when you mix some good, whole hearted individuals and religious people with the urge to travel around the world because they are looking to spread the word of G-d as well as enjoy a bit of relaxation in beautiful places? Other than a run on sentence, you get the possibility of missionary travel. What exactly is missionary travel? I’m so glad that you asked.
Missionary airfare travel is a way in which people that are part of religious organizations as well as humanitarian organizations are able to get help in finding the cheapest airfare available. The most frustrating thing about being in these not-for-profit groups is that getting the funds necessary to give funds to the people you’re visiting is hard enough as is, so getting funds for airfare is even harder. What this company does is help you find the best, cheapest airfare available so you can focus on what is most important.
When you do leave this agency after getting the right travel package for you, rest easy knowing that the employees of this company will be praying for you and what your goals are. There is nothing warmer than knowing someone is praying for you.
