If you’re planning on going on one of the river cruises in Russia, one of the important things that you’re going to need to ensure is that you have all your paperwork in working order. Russia is very strict with their paperwork and they want to ensure that the people that are coming into their country are in fact allowed to be there. So, one of the things that people typically have to do is get a visa to Russia.
What these documents do is tell the people in Russia why you are there, how long you plan on staying, where you staying and all things like that. They want to keep an eye on you because you are an alien to the country. Russia isn’t the only country that does this, but we don’t think about other countries. While in Russia, this visa guarantees you can go anywhere you want. But, theirs is something very important to remember about this visa…If it expires and you’re still there, they can arrest you.

That way, when you get there, you can go through security, get your paperwork stamped, and then enjoy your vacation rather than having to be a hassle.
